The franchise was created by Semir Ruspic as a way to honor Stan Lee after his death at 95, since he was never able to meet the famous creator of many popular comic book heroes and stories. This comic franchise was in no way to copy Marvel or DC, instead trying to create original content with a more mature and dark theme. This is also a attempt to bring about the ideas of all the fans and viewers of media and comics together, bringing their ideas to content with the choice of having either a official story or such in making a character.
